You must be able to work Monday to Friday- term time only and have no visa restriction. We're looking for Support Workers to work with the college supporting young adults who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
You will support individuals to access meaningful activities in the community and on site, work with families and professionals and support opportunities to promote daily independence and wellbeing.
You will also provide emotional support to service users.
You will be required to cover rotas working weekends, mornings, afternoon shifts and sleep-ins.
You will be working in a mainstream Primary School. The role will be 1-2-1 based with a student who has Additional Needs (ASD). The school's mission is to challenge, enrich, and empower every learner, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
