Learning Disability Support Worker jobs in Dover

You will support individuals in maintaining mental, physical, and emotional well-being and empower them to be happy, healthy and successful in achieving their life goals, working alongside their circle of support.

You will be paid on a weekly basis.

You will provide overnight care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night. This role involves working flexibly on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users.

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Whether you have experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.

You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time.

You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.

You will be working a range of shifts including nights and some weekends.

You must be confident sticking to agreed rules and routines that keep both him and you safe.

You will get 29 days’ paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 31 days. Plus the option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.
