You will mainly be based in the Healthcare Department however wing work will also be required as and when.
You will ideally have relevant experience of leading and developing teams within supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.
You will be an effective and strong leader with the passion and commitment to making a difference - Have experience of dealing with support plans and risk assessments and have up to date knowledge of CQC guidelines
You will be provided with an in-depth, fully paid training program to ensure you feel confident and fully equipped for your new role. What You'll Be Doing: - Utilising your clinical experience to conduct assessments with individuals with diverse health conditions.
You will need significant experience of supporting people with complex needs and risk management whilst also having a real desire to work with an excellent and positive team.
You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service.
