You will be responsible for building robust, scalable ML systems that bring our foundation models for retail from prototype to production. Key Responsibilities - Design and build production-grade ML infrastructure, including training pipelines, model serving, and monitoring systems.
You will be a Deputy Manager for a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) day service currently with 15 adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities and additional behavioural, mental health, physical, and communication support needs.
You will also support the team with the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and support to service users.
You will be the primary interface between Data Science and Platform Engineering, enabling rapid iteration while enforcing production and compliance standards.
You will play a key role in shaping client strategies, driving innovation, and contributing to the growth of the learning practice. You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal partners, combining deep learning expertise with strong consulting and leadership capability.
You must have gained the above experience within a consulting firm
You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.
