You will play a key role in supporting pupils across the classroom by reinforcing learning, encouraging participation, and helping pupils remain focused and engaged.

You will work closely with the class teacher and wider support staff to ensure every child receives consistent guidance, structure, and encouragement throughout the school day.

You will provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language difficulties, helping them access learning and develop confidence in the classroom.

You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support and promote inclusion.
