You will work collaboratively with colleagues to help ensure that the school maintains an “Outstanding” Ofsted judgement for the quality of education and care provided for all students.
You will be responsible for facilitating individual learning programmes, providing support to our learners in small groups and 1-1 activities when attending the ASC Centres.
You will be required to facilitate the students learning using creative and purposeful lesson planning in collaboration with the ASC Coordinators to meet the needs of the learners.
You will also help deliver interventions focused around emotional regulation and promoting self-expression. The school uses creative, hands-on learning so expect lessons in music, cooking, drama, dance and art!
