You must have a love for animals and a willingness to learn. We will provide training however an animal care back ground is an advantage. The role has a high level of cleaning involved however once you have gained a knowledge of the practice we will progress to animal restraint, processing lab samples, assisting in theatre and assisting in caring for our hospitalised patients.
You will be responsible for delivering operational onboarding, induction, and skills training, as well as refresher and multi-skilling programs. You will be supporting across Primary ages between 11 to 19 years old. Personal care is mandatory within this school. Resilience and adaptability to deal with a variety of emotional and behavioural challenges. The ideal candidate should have experience working with challenging behaviour in an education or Support setting.
You will play a vital role in enabling our students to achieve to their maximum potential, preparing them for adulthood and independent living.
You should be confident, organised, and able to work in a busy environment.
