You will need to lead, inspire, challenge & support all maintenance activity at Plant SQ, Sanquhar, Scotland.

You will drive reliability and optimise quality whilst reducing cost and improving the efficiency of our equipment.

You must also maintain our infrastructure to provide a safe environment to allow our production associates do their best work.

You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

You will also would also provide dedicated technical support and guidance to the existing site based Authorised Persons as mentor and SME for various JSP 375 Ch 5 disciplines. Day-to-day, you will embed operational Safe System of Work improvement programmes, identify best practise across Operations and work with teams to ensure a consistency in our delivery approach.

You will help them take part in lessons, encourage independence (even with personal care), support them in learning new skills, and help them make friends.

You will be required to work 27.5 hours per week over 39 weeks per year.

You will be responsible for providing support with health and wellbeing.

You will be a true Brand Ambassador who will be able to interact easily with a variety of customers.
