You will assist with data reporting, training coordination, system support and apprenticeship course work as part of your own learning and contribute to the smooth running of L&D operations. Excelcare is a family-owned Care Home group established for over 34 years.
You will work alongside Senior Project Coordinators and the Service Manager to ensure we deliver on our targets, supporting with programming our wellbeing groups and one-to-one befriending.
You will be a skilled people manager and effective communicator, responsible for the line management of staff and ensuring the service is represented at stakeholder and partner community events.
You will be creative and motivated, and will inspire the people we support through a range of activities and new opportunities, building upon our current offer. This role reduces social isolation and loneliness for disabled adults and children by creating new evenings and weekend opportunities.
You will play an active role in supporting landowners, developers and project teams through the planning process, from early-stage assessment through to determination and appeal.
You will be confident working independently while contributing positively to team-based project delivery.
