You will be able to clearly share 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated.
You will have experience of providing detailed and accurate daily record keeping and incident reporting.
You will demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people and demonstrate sound communication and judgement.
You will join us on a permanent basis, with Full Time and Part Time positions available, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour.
You will assist and encourage people with their evening routines and activities, while providing consistent physical and emotional support throughout the night.
You must be able to work within and uphold the Christian ethos of CrossReach, be willing to register with the SSSC and join the PVG Scheme.
You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
You must be a national of the United Kingdom or one of the following countries: Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Greece, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, or Poland.
You must not have lived or worked in any country outside of the UK or those listed above for a period of three months or more, while aged 18 years or over, within the past five years.
