You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. We support 7 people who share their home. We also support 3 people who live close by in the community. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
You will be expected to support the resident through the night as needed, clean and follow tasks to ensure the residence is ready for the next morning. We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence.
