You will be responsible to provide excellent service to Thames Water customers, through the effective operation and maintenance of the Water Network. This is a technical role that requires issuing, briefing field teams and then subsequently analysing data (flow and pressure) that will be delivered by a multi-skilled field team.

You will want to learn and build a knowledge of utility tracing, noise logging and step-testing planning/operation to allow you to build your experience of leakage monitoring, pressure/flow and flow data capture techniques and methods.
You will assist with planned leakage surveys developing your skills daily.
You will be responsible for identifying and locating hidden leaks on our customers water mains and service pipes using both traditional and advanced leak detection techniques like sounding, correlating and acoustic logging utilising AI algorithms.
You will develop and deliver capital investment schemes, ensure optimal sensor performance, and collaborate with teams to achieve leakage reduction targets. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration and communication skills, alongside experience in project management and data analysis.
