You will be responsible for overseeing the timely execution and completion of both the pre-construction and construction phases of the project.
You will have ownership, responsibility, and accountability for the project, highlighting project risks, identify opportunities and mentor the continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve efficiencies.
You will need to deliver additional services during the winter, such as gritting, clearing snow and installing Christmas trees.
