You will need experience working within children’s homes dealing with children
You will deliver high quality service across this distinct and diverse age range with a focus on access, engagement, and support. You'll work closely with the multidisciplinary teams within the service to deliver evidence-based and quality care. Experience working with young people and substance misuse is essential.
You will work closely with the management team, lead shifts, support junior staff, and act as a positive role model within the service.
