The role is based at Kirklands Headquarters in Bothwell. Hybrid working is supported with a minimum 2 days per week on site (more on site working may be required to meet service needs).

You will be responsible for the processing of data and financial information to a variety of departmental systems, cash handling, distribution of mail, filing, word processing and assisting with the delivery of an efficient and effective support service.

You will be part of the team responsible for the call handling service, providing advice and assistance to the public on a full range of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and out of hours Homeless (OOH Homeless) services as well as the provision of a CCTV monitoring service.

You will also be required to input data to relevant system, assist in the collation of information and production of reports.
