Lead Process Engineer jobs in Sittingbourne

You will lead the planning and execution of routine E&I preventative maintenance, applying strong technical expertise to diagnose, resolve, and prevent complex engineering issues.

You will be on call 1 week in every 7, providing support, escalation, and guidance during engineering events impacting production.

You will be leading a team of highly capable engineers to deliver against your plans and estimates.

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive engineering activities on site. Working 42 hours per week, the shift pattern is 4 on 4 off covering both days and nights, 6am to 6pm. What are the mission critical skills?
