You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring complex, high-impact audio designs to life, ensuring flawless performance and an immersive experience for guests. This role demands a strong foundation in electroacoustics, speaker design, and audio system calibration, as well as the ability to solve unique technical challenges within the themed entertainment industry.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of approximately 30 people (including 4 Team Leaders) to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Manage, coach, and develop a large team of maintenance technicians. Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
You will have exceptional attention to detail, great communication skills, the capacity to work individually as well as part of a high calibre team, able to meet tight deadlines with no compromise on quality.
