You will work alongside experienced Maintenance Engineers, learning how to maintain, service, and support production machinery. Full training will be provided, but a good attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in engineering are essential.
You will get the support, guidance and training you need to be successful at Caterpillar.
You will also have opportunity to gain experience working with our global Caterpillar customers.
You will have the opportunity to work with other facilities across our global organisation and you will be directly involved, and at the heart of our business, participating on strategic projects.
You will utilise lean manufacturing tools and techniques while operating to defined "tact times" and production sequences. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
You will possess effective communication skills to liaise with various levels of the organization
You will get the support, guidance and training you need to be successful at Caterpillar.
You will also have opportunity to gain experience working with our global Caterpillar customers.

You will play an important part in ensuring components are produced to specification and delivered on time.
