You will be expected to be able to deliver change, earn the technical respect of your team and peers and to collaborate closely with specialists from across the entire technical team.

You will be responsible for identifying the objectives and successfully delivering these within programme constraints.

You will be reviewing the content of design submissions and providing feedback based on technical requirements and CGB expectations.

You will be notifying HS2 of a potential dispute with CGB or a situation where the CGB is acting unreasonably, and which could delay the consenting process.

You will be responsible for overall technical accountability for the design/technical delivery within the section, in particular for overall coordination of all designs involving multiple design disciplines.
