Lead ERP Programme Manager jobs in Derbyshire

You will primarily promote Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, positioning its full ERP capabilities to convert prospects into loyal customers. This role requires strong business development expertise, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for delivering digital transformation through ERP solutions.

You will heavily interact with the rest of the internal organisation, utilising support across various teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance).

You will help champion and deliver a quality improvement mindset, supporting CI activities across the whole site. In addition to this, as our Quality Manager you will be responsible for: - Managing the day to day activities of the Quality Team and coordinating activities. - Ensuring compliance with external and internal standards: BRC, ISO 9001, 14001 and A2 permit.

You will lead the fabrication engineering side of the business, working with an established team across planning, laser programming, and the shop floor.

You will lead a team of project managers and Assistant Project Managers, working with key stakeholders to deliver assigned projects to time and budget, continuously challenging and innovating to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.

You will have a proven track record in developing high performing teams and a strong background in delivering financial and operational success.

You must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must be based within a commutable distance of the East Midlands region, as on-site presence will be required three days per week.
