You will be comfortable taking ownership of technical outcomes while working collaboratively with delivery teams and senior stakeholders. You will work at the centre of how business processes, technology and people connect. From coordinating user acceptance testing to organising requirements and engaging with stakeholders, you’ll help ensure enhancements are well understood, thoroughly tested and effectively adopted.

You will resolve complex technical issues, deliver upgrades, and document processes for the ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Systems analysis and configuration along with excellent communication skills. The role demands hands-on experience with ERP implementations and stakeholder engagement to enhance system performance.

You will be expected to champion the vision to senior stakeholders, building relationships across our community, to ensure the programme is delivered to budget and within timescales, driving innovation in line with the University's requirements. Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 7, £47,389 - £56,535 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.
