You will take ownership of the delivery of key project workstreams.
You will also be responsible for the management, growth, and mentorship of junior team members, while actively engaging with clients to ensure project delivery within established timelines and budgets, and to effectively navigate any changes that may arise.
You will work alongside a small but highly capable team of Engineers and Chartered Engineers, supporting the design and delivery of development infrastructure including highways, drainage, earthworks, external levels and utilities. Projects span residential, education, healthcare, retail, commercial and leisure sectors, with values ranging from £1m to £200m.
You will be responsible for ensuring that designs are complete, technically accurate, specification compliant and fit for purpose prior to delivery.
You will be working alongside and supported by the senior design team.
You will be involved in the full range of tasks aligned to the role in getting M&E design packages complete on time, and to proAV exacting standards.
