You must be able to work well as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be passionate about providing excellent care to patients and their families living with, or beyond cancer.
You will work as part of the wider SLT Adult service, and the head and neck cancer/ENT multi-disciplinary teams, providing an excellent patient-centred service.
You will enable young people to achieve positive outcomes and independence by supporting the development of occupational performance skills, prescribing equipment, minor adaptations, and supporting within our Early Help model in the Transitions hub.
You will work closely with internal and external agencies and departments across all Adult Social Care.
You will join an experienced and highly motivated team in Bristol. Pay rate ranging between £20.00 - £25.00 P/H per hour depending on experience. The SLT we are looking for will have previously worked with adults as a post-graduate therapist. They will be encouraging, supportive, and understanding of the varied patient needs they may encounter.
You will also work from home and need a confidential space for online sessions and meetings.
You will be required to register as a sole trader with HMRC and submit your own tax return each year.
You must hold your own indemnity insurance, a DBS certificate and registration with the ICO.
