You will be supported by a care team that are familiar with the young people. One of your aims will be to support and re-engage a pupil in their learning, offer structure back into their daily routine, continue their educational development and aid their return to school. Patience is a key attribute as these young people may have a prolonged period out of education and their SEMH needs.
You will also be required to provide 2 professional references covering at least the last 2 years, and complete our online application followed by a video or face to face interview.
