You will work in multi-disciplinary teams whose aim is to provide high quality support, assessment and interventions in line with evidence based practice and national policies/ agendas.
You will have knowledge and experience of working in teams where care is coordinated and you will fully understand the impact of integrated care and services.
You must hold, or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
You will be supported by Clinical Lead SLTs and work with SLTs and SLTas. There is potential for this role to be rotational . We welcome applications from more experienced therapists and those already working at Band 6 level as well as B5 SLTs and newly qualified graduates who have an interest in adult-acquired conditions.
You will provide support for teachers and pupils to enhance pupil well-being, engagement and achievement.
You should enjoy working as part of a team. Experience in this sector is not always required, but we look forward to welcoming people who are nurturing, loving and patient.
You will work 27.5 hours per week on a term time basis.
You will have access to Team Lead support as well as clinical support from a range of specialist practitioners.
