You will be the bridge between support, engineering, and cloud operations: - Investigating and fixing complex application and infrastructure issues. - Monitoring capacity, performance, and error budgets across all deployments. - Designing automation and tooling to improve reliability and reduce manual work.
You will join a team of academics to support their teaching, lab practicals, workshops, and seminars.
You will support the delivery and assessment on a range of modules in fully accredited bioscience programmes using a vibrant approach to education with increasing digital content that can be translated into real-world skills.
