Land Development Engineer jobs in Whiteley
You will work with a team of Business Development (BD) professionals and report to the BD Director for NS&D.
You will develop and maintain senior relationships with Defence clients positioning Leidos as a strategic potential supplier.
You will guide the Leidos bid teams in their pursuit and shaping of the business development campaign to propose differentiated client propositions.
You will also contribute to quality assurance and testing efforts, as well as participate in small-scale software development tasks. Key Responsibilities:
You will have knowledge and experience of safety assessment and analysis techniques and application across a variety of systems and platforms.
You will have the ability to apply processes and tools and develop safety evidence for compliance against defence land regulations and relevant standards, with an appreciation of complex defence land systems and platforms.
You will design and develop new products, provide technical support for existing ranges, and manage global product transfers. The role combines mechanical design expertise, project delivery, and collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
