You will lead and mentor a team of document controllers, providing system training and support to the business. This role offers the opportunity to make impactful improvements to document control processes while ensuring that safety-critical documentation is efficiently managed and available when needed.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurate, traceable, and readily accessible to support effective decision-making, timely project delivery, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will use different systems such as ProArc and Unisea, as well as providing training for new users in these.

You will be required to analyse the client's requirements to execute the project and organize activities in line with project administrative requirements will also be an important part of your job.
