You will also be responsible for: Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupil's attainment and personal development Build strong working relationships with your partner teacher and other class teachers
You will be supporting a Key Stage 2 pupil on a one-to-one basis each morning, helping them to regulate emotions, engage with learning, and develop confidence within the classroom environment. Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team, you will contribute to tailored support strategies that promote both academic and personal growth.
