You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. We’ll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader.
You will also support the maintenance and operations teams and be a central part of the maintenance team by carrying out planned and corrective maintenance on the plant as directed by your team leader or managers. In addition you will receive work instructions for routine planned and corrective maintenance and carry out the duties as written or directed.
