Knowledge Advisor jobs in Northampton

You will be supported by our expert Clinical team, giving you plenty of exposure to mentoring and coaching with opportunities for continuing professional development, training, and career progression.

You will also gain experience being part of an in-house occupational health team where you can help shape the team, culture and ways of working.

You will work closely with the HSEQ Manager, operational teams, and client stakeholders to deliver practical, proactive guidance and ensure compliance with both internal standards and client expectations. This position requires a strong understanding of ISO standards and a commitment to fostering a safety-first culture during a fast-paced mobilisation period.

You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
