You will work closely with operational teams across multiple live projects, supporting work packages typically valued up to £5m, within safety-critical, fast-paced environments where SHEQ standards are non-negotiable.
You will ideally have: - NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
You will be part of a dedicated, experienced, and friendly team. The ISVAs meet fortnightly for peer support and work collaboratively with each other to share knowledge.
You will be provided with monthly clinical supervision and attend monthly one-to-one meetings with the ISVA team leader.
