Knowledge Advisor jobs in Glasgow City

You should have working experience with cloud bookkeeping software such as Xero, Sage Business Cloud, QuickBooks Online, and related apps, including setting up and onboarding clients to a cloud bookkeeping system.

You must be able to work within a busy office environment across the client base and have previous experience working in public practice.

You will thrive here if you are: - Experienced in motor insurance or personal lines - A strong communicator who enjoys helping customers - Target-driven, confident, and motivated - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - Comfortable using digital systems and managing multiple enquiries

You will be required to travel to our sites throughout the UK, including frequent visits to our Kilbirnie Street office in Glasgow.

You will also offer proactive advice and help to branches and divisions across the business.

You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
