You should be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach. Formal qualifications aren't necessary, although any similar experience gained in a commercial or care setting would be useful.

The Complex Care Assistant will provide support to clients with complex needs, requiring empathy, compassion, and a driver's license. Experience with complex needs and knowledge of epilepsy/autism are preferred.

A Care Assistant provides exceptional care and support to residents in a care home, assisting with daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring their health and happiness.

You will carry out supervisor role 7.5 hours of the week and cleaner role 7.5 hours of the week).

You will also be required to monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulation, reporting any difficult issues to management.

You will be responsible for setting up rooms for lets and being the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.

You will have access to training and support for continued professional development.
