You will be responsible for all commercial aspects, including; subcontractors, administration, cash flow, risk management, cost control and change management.
You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, and will have at least 3 years of experience with a build or fit-out contractor.
You will be a motivated and reliable individual who brings enthusiasm and positively to the team and you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This role can be based either in our Pomeroy or Belfast Office, depending on experience and candidates location (travel may be required to our other offices from time to time).
You will be a highly determined individual able to adapt well within a demanding, fast-paced team.
You will have experience of personal injury litigation.
You will enjoy being challenged by complex legal issues and expanding your knowledge.
You will be focused on delivering a highly professional service to clients, including compliance with client SLAs and MI requirements.
You will work closely with our Senior Account Managers, supporting existing client accounts while learning how to identify and develop new business opportunities.
You will be supported and trained to become a trusted point of contact for clients, helping to understand their needs and contribute to solutions that deliver real value.
You will support senior quantity surveyors by maintaining detailed records of materials and labor costs, aiding in budget preparation, and tracking site expenditure. The ideal candidate demonstrates numerical proficiency, a keen willingness to learn, and foundational knowledge of construction methods and materials.
