You will be responsible for: - Managing commercial delivery on partnership housing schemes. - Preparing and maintaining budgets, cost plans and forecasts. - Procuring subcontract packages and managing supply chain performance. - Assessing valuations, variations and payment applications.

You will be mentored by a Senior QS and a Commercial Manager.

You will need to have previous experience in this capacity but will be given full guidance to show you how my client undertake their tasks.

You will be expected to be able to put packages together, measure, and do basic QS duties.

You will work closely with other TT regional offices,? forging strong working relationships internally and externally with our clients, becoming part of their integrated project teams.

You will have the opportunity to work autonomously and as part of a wider thriving team, enhancing your existing skill set and ensuring your role and responsibilities remain diverse.

You will currently be working as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience either fully focused on Mechanical & Electrical services or within a wider construction role with strong MEP exposure. Ideally, you will have experience delivering commercial projects and be keen to further develop your technical, contractual and commercial skills within a structured and supportive environment.
