You will be joining their current Mobile maintenance team carrying out Service and Breakdowns on Air conditioning, HVAC and refrigeration plant.
You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning maintenance as well as general building services across the Chelsea & Sutton area.
You will either be a recent graduate (Mechanical, Building Services as an example) or have current working experience and have some working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit. They are looking for someone who can develop within the business and learn all aspects of drawing, coordination and design delivery on major M&E Projects (Mechanical, Electrical).
You will work on major EPCI projects, FEEDs and tenders, with exposure to flexibles, rigid flowlines, PIP systems, subsea structures, and offshore/onshore fabrication and installation activities. What you’ll be doing - Providing specialist Cathodic Protection (CP) technical support to projects and internal disciplines.
You will be joining a very experienced team where everyone takes responsibility for their own projects.
You will be handling whole projects autonomously, providing complex design solutions.
You should have extensive buildings design experience and ideally be Chartered or working towards this status.
You will act as a key advisor to clients, supporting business development efforts and identifying opportunities to add value.
You will be supported in your role with line management and leadership training as well as CPD access via Tolley's, Croner-i, Mercia and LinkedIn Learning as required.
