You will be responsible for menu development, costing, and tasked with providing an appetising modern flavour.
You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)Good communication skills and a team player. You will be responsible for delivering innovative engineering solutions to decommissioning challenges both across the UK and in an international setting.
