You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
You will work across a variety of complex analytical problems, owning experimentation end-to-end—even when ideal conditions such as user randomisation or high statistical power are not present.

You will work on real production problems rather than research-only work, owning models from first iteration through to live deployment.
You will collaborate closely with other data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps, with the freedom to shape how GenAI and ML are used across the platform.
You will work collaboratively with a range of technical specialists on a broad range of projects, lead and coordinate topic‐specific input to Environmental Impact Assessments and related deliverables, work closely with clients, develop new areas of business and mentor others in the team.
You will be provided with access to a 1hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam. This qualification will set you on a route to becoming a Chartered Project Professional with additional study and experience.
