The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining modern fire alarm systems across residential and commercial sites in the Midlands.

You will also carry out surveys, complete documentation, and liaise directly with clients and project teams. This role suits someone confident in their ability, organised in their approach, and comfortable taking responsibility on site.
