You will need to hold N/SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.

You will provide management and leadership to administrative and clerical staff and contribute to the implementation of strategy and will have specific responsibility for the management of non-clinical services. The role is based at Kirklands Headquarters in Bothwell. Hybrid working is supported with a minimum 2 days per week on site (more on site working may be required to meet service needs).
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will be working in a fast paced environment, where you get to run your own jobs and work with exclusive high end clients across residential, student accommodation, commercial, offices, etc.
You will be given autonomy to make your own decisions while having the necessary support for you to successfully deliver projects.
