You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team. The role will generally include:- Analysing elements within the business or the whole business Making evaluations of all available data Identifying problems and looking at potential improvements

You will be working on customer equipment such as car lifts, MOT testing equipment, air compressors, wheel alignment, tyre changers, wheel balancers and a range of other automotive equipment. You will use your clinical expertise to help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and support the development of junior staff.

You will be confident in assessing and managing risk—both formally and informally—and will understand how to balance this with least restrictive practice, ensuring care remains person-centred and recovery-focused.
