You will be responsible for: • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the school’s buildings, grounds, and facilities to ensure they are safe, secure, and well presented • Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, including risk assessments, statutory checks, and audit requirements

You will also have a focus on the customer service side of the contracts within the portfolio, ensuring the customers are happy with service delivery and also aware of any small / minor works projects that maybe required to maximise energy efficiency within the building Therefore you will also need to have good client facing skills as part of this role will be to develop existing clients
