You will be providing a quality, comprehensive administrative, secretarial and organisational service.

You will be undertaking word processing of correspondence, reports, agendas, producing other documents and presentations using the most appropriate elements of Microsoft Office by copy typing or digital dictation.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you forward to the next stage.

You must be able to commute to their office based in Bromborough Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail A proactive, organised individual who can manage multiple priorities Great communication skills and the confidence and ability to work collaboratively

You will need to be motivated, self-driven, and computer literate. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be committed to maintaining consistently high-quality standards.

You will demonstrate professional and responsible selling at all times, being prepared to get involved at every opportunity to ensure the customer feels valued and listened to.

You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site or for networking purposes.

You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team. The role will generally include:- Analysing elements within the business or the whole business Making evaluations of all available data Identifying problems and looking at potential improvements
