You will be responsible for all commercial aspects, including; subcontractors, administration, cash flow, risk management, cost control and change management.
You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, and will have at least 3 years of experience with a build or fit-out contractor.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, supporting essential services across the HSC.
You will assist with measurements, pricing, subcontractor engagement, and tender preparation, while learning best practice from senior team members.
You will also accumulate up to 5 service related holidays over your first five years of employment. - Regular social events (staff and family).
You will be a motivated and reliable individual who brings enthusiasm and positively to the team and you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This role can be based either in our Pomeroy or Belfast Office, depending on experience and candidates location (travel may be required to our other offices from time to time).
