You will support Client Executives and senior Client Advisors with all aspects of account management, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, slip production and client queries.
You will also help maintain strong client relationships and provide technical support when needed.
You will build a strong understanding of your clients’ businesses and their exposures to risk, and should you discover their insurance programme has any gaps in cover, you will work with colleagues to ensure these are appropriately mitigated.
You will also be responsible for negotiating with insurers to secure your clients the most comprehensive cover at competitive premiums.
You should be willing to get stuck in, with a very ‘hands-on’ approach and work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. We’re looking for someone ambitious that can think critically about problems and relentlessly execute to find solutions.
You will also need to attend ad-hoc events and viewings in London.
