You will successfully retain and grow your customers from the onboarding phase through to annual renewal by creating and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships and developing additional business opportunities.
You should be willing to get stuck in, with a very ‘hands-on’ approach and work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. We’re looking for someone ambitious that can think critically about problems and relentlessly execute to find solutions.
