You will be responsible for: - Ensuring that the various network services adhere to performance and capacity SLAs, and meet security requirements Providing a sound platform for expansion when and where required Mentoring and training of other network engineers

You will provide first-line technical support in a Service Desk environment for multiple clients, working closely with other Support Technicians.

You will manage incidents from logging to resolution, gaining valuable exposure to a diverse range of technologies and enhancing your knowledge and skills.

You should have experience with some or all of the following: Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting

You will support transactions across all industry sectors and all aspects of the Technology Strategy, Cost & Value, Digital and Transformation agenda.

You will work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve incidents, fulfil requests, and support ongoing IT operations and projects.
