You will ensure the performance management system is followed to ensure effective compliance is achieved and be responsible for the day-to-day management of all electrical contracts. Key elements of your role include; - Budget/Spend updates for each contract - Lead on planning, scheduling and delivery of the EICR programme and repairs
You will also work closely with associate staff delivering on executive education programmes such as Help to Grow, the Executive MBA, and Higher and Degree Apprenticeships.
You will be confident in building sustainable networks with external organisations, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting income-generating activities.
You will work with a team of 6 consultants and a team of developers. (both teams have managers) So you will be part of a small team and you will be aware of the project pipeline and potential issues, there shouldn't be any surprises, but there will be the daily grind of hiccups, changes and irritations.
You will manage a team of 2 Administrators, consistently reviewing processes to ensure best practice, accuracy, and compliance at every level, with a right first-time expectation.
You will lead 1:1s and attend key, weekly management meetings.
