You will support the day-to-day running of production, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Reactive & Preventative Maintenance • Respond quickly and effectively to unplanned breakdowns, diagnosing faults, identifying root causes, and implementing robust repairs to minimise production downtime.

You will complete this through mechanical design whilst utilising electrical and pneumatic components.

You will play a key part in developing effective solutions to our internal and external customer requirements, Inter-departmental communication will be a large part of the role to gain guidance and approval on designs as well as ensuring components are manufactured correctly.

You will be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the program, and you will have invaluable time to learn from our cross-functional subject matter experts.
